Jeff Hall was born and raised in Winchester, Tennessee, but knew Knoxville would be home as soon as he arrived on the University of Tennessee campus. While at UT, Jeff was the starting place-kicker for the Vols between 1995 and 1998. He was a captain of the 1998 National Championship football team, a four-time All-SEC placekicker, a four-time Academic All-SEC student athlete and was named SEC kicker of the decade for the 1990s. He continues to hold the career scoring record at the University of Tennessee as well as the longest field goal made in the state of Tennessee at 62 yards. After graduating from UT, Jeff was drafted by the Washington Redskins and played for the St. Louis Rams in 2000. Not long after hanging up the cleats, Jeff joined Rather & Kittrell, a wealth management and retirement plan consulting firm in Farragut. He became a partner at the firm in 2011 and continues helping successful families be good stewards of their money and businesses establish effective retirement plans for employees.
Jeff has served on a number of local boards including FCA, Partners in Christ, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and currently, the Emerald Youth Foundation advisory board and sports task force committee. He volunteered with the CAK high school football team for 8 years but now spends the majority of his free time with his children and their activities. Jeff has been a resident of Farragut for over 20 years. He has the honor of being married to his best friend, Stacey, and is the proud father of AJ, Hadley, Olivia and Ethan. They attend First Baptist Concord, the church where Jeff was baptized almost 27 years ago. As a family, they are involved in Sunday School and youth activities at FB Concord and at Christian Academy of Knoxville where the Hall children attend. They enjoy supporting their church and a number of other local and overseas Christian ministries. Stacey was one of the founding members of the Farragut Ladies Society.
The Halls are very proud to call Farragut their home!
